Reporting into the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, this CBD based role will work in a dynamic team doing end to end recruitment. Working as a true business partner, you will be expected to consult and partner with your hiring managers whilst using a variety of strategies to source the best people.
Working within the broader HR function you will contribute to the ongoing success of the in-house talent team with the aim of delivering a seamless, best practice service to the business.
To be successful with this role you will have prior internal end-to-end recruitment experience and an ability to source directly. You will be looking for a role where you can partner closely with stakeholders and build credible relationships. You will demonstrate a strong ability to work in a regional team environment and have experience recruiting offshore roles. Ideally, you should be up to the work with innovative sourcing strategies and have in-depth knowledge of the use and functionality of LinkedIn, and other social media sites.
