We are proud to be partnering with MCRI as they build their internal Recruitment Function. As such, this is an exciting new Recruitment Advisor role for the business.

Reporting into the Recruitment Partner, the key responsibilities of this role include;

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, as well as, managing internal recruitment requisitions. 
  • Utilising Success Factors, coaching Line Managers, answering recruitment queries and supporting the Recruitment & Learning Administrator as required. 
  • Working collaboratively with the Recruitment Partner and broader HR team to review position descriptions, create interview guides, draft formal letters and generate employee contracts. 
  • Creatively sourcing and attracting talent using LinkedIn, Instagram and partnering with the University of Melbourne at Careers Fairs. 
  • Responsible for advising on Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
  • Assisting with other projects regarding onboarding, inductions and off-boarding employees to ensure a positive employee experience at every stage of the process. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and motivated Recruiter to take the next step in their career. To be successful for this role, you will offer;

  • Previous experience across end-to-end recruitment within an internal and/or agency environment. 
  • An understanding of modern awards is beneficial but not required. 
  • Previous experience within the Legal, Health, NFP and High Education sectors would be beneficial but not required
  • Tertiary studies in HR or a similar discipline is desired.
