One of Australia's most well-known life insurance organisations requires an immediately available Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant for a 12 month contract opportunity.
You will partner closely with the business to deliver strategic end to end resourcing for contingent technology roles within the large scale digital transformation project, alongside the HR Business Partner for the project. Your focus will be governance on process and a strength of management of data, process and information. Demonstrable experience within technology and contingent workforce recruitment will be essential.

Key experience to ensure success includes the ability to use metrics and data to inform and influence hiring managers and provide credibility to the recruitment strategy, excellent customer service and candidate management skills, demonstrated understanding of current recruitment trends, awareness of market rates in the technology contingent space and appropriate benchmarking techniques.
