Temporary HR Adviser
A fantastic organisation who provide home healthcare services are seeking an internal HR Adviser to join the team on a temporary basis of three months. You will be working as part of an experienced and supportive team, opportunities like this don't come along often!
Some of your duties within this busy role will include:
- Working closely with hiring managers and the HR team
- Posting job adverts and managing response
- Candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and reference checking
- Managing a high volume of temporary, permanent, and contract roles through to successful placement
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Demonstrated HR experience
- Experience in the application of NZ employment legislation
- A thorough understanding of the end-to-end recruitment processes
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and best practice
- Excellent organisational skills
- Customer orientated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Value cultural diversity
