Recruitment Administrator

Our multidisciplinary service offering includes the traditional services of scaffolding, rope access, insulation, protective coatings & blasting and passive fire protection as well as specialist services such as refractory, asbestos management, and advanced industrial cleaning and vaccumation of heat exchangers, pipes, tanks and vessels using high pressure water and chemicals

Cape Australia are currently seeking experienced Recruitment Administrators to join our CBD office to assist our team in the end to end recruitment process and mobilization of candidates to project sites across Australia. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your career and work alongside experienced industry professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering administrative tasks to support to our maintenance and major projects
  • Scheduling and booking of Pre-Employment Medicals
  • Booking of pre-mobilization training specific to project sites
  • Use of various client approval systems for third party verification and site access
  • Maintaining personnel records and training folders
  • Ensuring Cape Australia audit compliance and document control

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate:

  • A minimum of 3 years' administration experience preferably supporting a recruitment or mobilization department
  • Experience working within a contractor or labor hire environment, ideally in the resources industry
  • Preferably exposure to large scale Construction Projects and Maintenance Contracts
  • Experience using internal recruitment and mobilization tools such as FastTrack 360, ERMS, INX
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a changing and fast paced environment
