Reporting to the National Business Support Manager, this maternity leave contract is responsible for providing Human Resources and Recruitment administrative support to the HR and Recruitment team.
This role supports the efficient operations of the Human Resources department by coordinating and delivering a diverse range of human resources management activities with a focus on recruitment administration, induction, onboarding, HR system administration and information management.
The successful candidate will have HR and Recruitment administration experience, excellent attention to detail, and a strong customer focus. Experience in a healthcare setting is desirable but not mandatory.
