About the role We have multiple opportunities available to join our busy, high-energy office as a full 360 Recruitment Consultant. If successful you will work with a team of highly diligent, ethical professional recruiters with a strong sales focus and strong commercial acumen. Developing strategies for attracting the best talent through social platforms and ensuring you maintain a solid pipeline of suitable candidates for our client base. You will form in-depth and productive business relationships with clients and truly become their trusted recruitment go-to consultant. In this role you will be responsible for developing new business and retaining existing business through delivering high quality services to clients and candidates by placing them into Permanent positions. Skills and responsibilities • End to end recruitment; full candidate and client cycle • Business development • Face to face meetings and client visits • Head hunting, talent pooling using LinkedIn and various other job platforms • Developing strategies to attract and retain candidates • Proven ability to deliver to deadlines in a fast paced environment • Ability to build rapport and lasting relationships • Liaising with candidate's and shortlisting incoming applications To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following; • Minimum 1 years’ experience in a 360-recruitment role • Experience in the IT or Project Services market • Strong sales and business development skills • Strong communication skills both written and verbal • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment • Have a strong work ethic, being self-motivated and driven to achieve our business goals • Be highly diligent, ethical, reliable and accountable • Proficient with MS Office and quick to adaptable to work with new systems and applications ManpowerGroup is committed to being a Diversity Confident Recruiter and encourages applications from people from a diverse range of backgrounds, including people with a disability.
